What does ‘Interactive Consultant’ mean to me? I help provide new and current clients with a great relationship and constant flow of communication to provide Interactive Technology projects that help brands stand out from the crowd, with the help of our team here at Gravit8.

I would say my love for video games sparked my interest in technology originally. I have always kept up to date and in the know for the latest devices and equipment due for release. Which led me to think- why not turn this into a career?

“Keep persevering! You will get knocked back on occasion, you can work really hard on a project then it falls through and it can be very disheartening, but I believe that every win you get will 100% outweigh the losses and that’s what counts!”

The communication and engagement in this industry, combined with the wide variety of different brands and agencies really interests me and is one of the driving factors in my current role. Knowing that I can help better a business’s image and aim for common goals really pushes me to be the best I can.

For me personally, I think the most challenging aspect of this role will be balancing a workload during busy periods. Trying to ensure everyone gets the same high level of satisfaction and communication.

Coming into this new role and company, I have found the team to be extremely bubbly and welcoming to any ‘newbie’. Everyone works hand in hand and their communication seems to play a huge part in eliminating any stress or errors. I have noticed that the team are always encouraged to better ourselves and our skill set and the learning experiences here are a plenty.

I feel that the current environment is constantly emerging new innovations which I only see accelerating. If the achievements of the last 5 years are anything to go by, then in the next 5 years I’m expecting to see newer, faster, more futuristic technologies being developed and introduced to the public. As a bespoke provider, Gravit8 are always being asked “what’s next?” I am excited to be a part of that!
